Interested persons may go to the nearest International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union that has jurisdiction for the ALBAT Program and obtain Application Packets and Local Unions. A directory and locations of IBEW Local Unions are listed on the Application page. You can also obtain an Application Packet on this web site for Local Unions accepting on-line applications. It is located as a sub navigation button entitled "Application Packet" under "Application Process" on the navigation bar to your left. Application packets will include an instructional letter. Please read the letter carefully as Local Unions can require different information for your application. If there are any questions, please contact the ALBAT office.
